Bojangles on Mahan
UC2, working with Hill Shivers Development, prepared the construction plans and permitting for the Bojangles Restaurant located on the outparcel of the Sunshine State Credit Union on Park Avenue. UC2 provided all of the permitting through the City of Tallahassee Growth Management Department in addition to obtaining an Environmental Resource Permit with the Northwest Florida Water Management District. The project required extensive research of the original EMP and associated permit amendments for redesigning the existing stormwater facility. UC2 provided a stormwater plan which reshaped the original pond, including a new sandfilter and a control structure. Downstream analysis was performed on the stormwater conveyance system along Park Avenue to ensure proper levels of service were maintained. The project was completed in April 2016.
