Chastain Subdivision
Chastain Subdivision presented a unique challenge when developing this 82-lot, single family subdivision in beautiful Northeast Leon County. The project, located off Bannerman Road, contains three different zoning districts on the property. UC2 was able to work with the developer, Premier Fine Homes, and Leon County to create a development that will be an exciting new community in the Northeast.
