PROJECT SCOPE AND DESCRIPTION:
- Key Objectives – One of eight Dollar General stores UC2 developed for Teramore Development.
- Challenges – The project site required rezoning from OR-2 to L-2 General Commercial to make the site work.
- Solutions Provided – Work with City Planning to rezone property and combine two parcels into one.
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION DETAILS:
- Engineering Services Provided – Civil design, paving, grading, utilities, stormwater design as well as permitting with City of Tallahassee, FDOT, NWFWMD.

UNIQUE FACTORS FOR THE PROJECT:
- Environmental Considerations – Campbell Pond Closed Basin required volume-specific design and recovery within 90 hours.
- Size/Scale – Project Site. 10,640 SF retail store with associated infrastructure.
